open market dancesport policy, the World Dance Council (WDC) has formed an
Amateur League and fully supports its member countries (Canada), in registering
Amateur and
Professional Competitors that comprise the entire spectrum of
ballroom dance competitions....

WDC IN ADOPTION OF OPEN MARKET POLICY:

where and whenever they choose without fear or favour or retribution of any type ....
